I’ve grown up and worked across India and spent two years in Europe—experiences that shaped how I see people, culture, and the world around me. Those early years taught me adaptability, curiosity, and the importance of understanding different perspectives.

Over time, hospitality became more than a career for me—it became a lens through which I understand human behaviour, leadership, and service. I’ve spent over two decades building hotels, shaping operations, strengthening teams, and creating systems that work not just on paper, but in real life.

What truly defines me, though, is not just the experience—it’s what I stand for:

• a belief that people create performance, not processes alone

• and a commitment to building environments where teams can grow, not just work

I enjoy solving problems, simplifying chaos, and building things that last—whether it’s a hotel operation, a brand system, or a team culture.
This space is a reflection of that journey: who I am, what I’ve learned, and what I continue to strive for.

I come from a highly accomplished family of bureaucrats, lawyers, and engineers who shaped my values of discipline, integrity, and excellence. I am married to a successful banking professional whose leadership inspires me every day, and together we are parents to a bright teenage son — a black-belt martial artist and an enthusiastic guitar learner. My family remains my greatest motivation and the foundation of everything I strive to achieve.

And as I evolve, so will this space—I’ll keep updating it as I go along.
